At TileBuys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation project. If your tile selection doesn't meet your expectations, you may return unused and unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Carefully repack the tiles in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them to a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit.

Shipping and Logistics

Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for large orders.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
